After successful payment and order confirmation, we process the order for final installation within 5 to 7 days. depending on your location. Custom curtain orders may take slightly longer due to production time.
Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on all fabrics and rails against manufacturing defects.

Booking a visit is simple! Just go to our booking form, select your preferred date and time, and provide your contact details. You will receive a confirmation once your phone number is verified via OTP or WhatsApp.

A booking is confirmed once your phone number is successfully verified by:

Unpaid balances may be referred to a debt collection agency and subject to legal action. All associated fees will be borne by the customer.
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours after payment.
No, after 24 hours your order enters production and refunds are no longer available unless the product is defective or incorrectly manufactured.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects on fabrics and rails for 12 months. It does not cover accessories, misuse, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.
