We provide installation services within New Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad. For precise-size curtain orders, we offer delivery across India.

For local delivery within New Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad, it typically takes 3-5 business days after order processing. For nationwide delivery, it may take 5-7 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at support@glowingdwells.com. We will assist you in locating your package and resolving any issues.

Payments

We accept various payment methods through our secure payment gateway, Razorpay. This includes credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets.

We do not currently offer cash on delivery. All orders must be prepaid through the available payment methods on our website.

Returns

Since our products are custom-made, However, we do provide replacements for items with manufacturing defects. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for more details.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Email us at support@glowingdwells.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photographs of the defective item.

You must report any manufacturing defects within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we will guide you through the replacement process.

If your replacement request is approved due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the item at no additional cost to you.

Once we receive the defective item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement request. The inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days.

We do not offer exchanges for custom-made products. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before the production process begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.

If your cancellation is approved before production starts, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Custom orders may only be canceled before production begins. Due to the personalized nature of custom products, cancellations after production starts are not possible.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.

Installation Services

We offer complete installation services for curtains, including the installation of rods and channels, within New Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad.
