1.1 Our products are custom-made according to your specific measurements and fabric choices. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

2. Manufacturing Defects

2.1 If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. You can reach us at support@glowingdwells.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect
  • Photographs showing the defect

2.2 Our team will review your request and determine if the product is eligible for a return or replacement. If approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

3. Return Process

3.1 If your return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the defective product to us.

3.2 Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
