1. Introduction
Welcome to GlowingDwells, operated in India. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products & Services
We provide made-to-measure home décor products, including curtains, blinds, and related services, tailored to your specifications. All items are custom-produced and installed through our trusted partners.
3. Bookings

A booking is made when a customer provides their details and selects a slot via our website.

A booking is considered confirmed only when the customer’s phone number has been successfully verified:

Either by entering the One-Time Password (OTP) at the time of booking on the website, or
-
If OTP verification fails or is not completed, by confirming via WhatsApp/SMS after receiving a notification from our team.

If the phone number is not verified, GlowingDwells reserves the right to hold or cancel the booking until verification is successfully completed.

Bookings do not constitute an order. An order will only be placed once payment is made according to the options detailed in Section 5.
4. Order Confirmation & Modifications
Orders are confirmed when one of the following is received:

Full upfront payment

50% advance payment
-
First installment of a three-month payment plan
Customers have a 24-hour window after payment to cancel or request changes to their order. Any changes made within this period may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the change.
After 24 hours, the order is considered locked, enters production, and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
5. Pre-Installation Requirements
Before installation, the customer must confirm the following:

Authorization and approval from building management (if required) for drilling during the scheduled installation slot.

Electricity and access are available at the installation site.
-
The location is ready (no ongoing construction or renovation that interferes).

The installation date is confirmed with GlowingDwells.
The installation will be carried out strictly according to the quotation and agreed specifications. Any post-quotation changes may incur extra charges and delays.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in rescheduling and additional charges.
6. Payment Terms
We offer three payment options:

Full upfront payment

50% advance payment, 50% due at installation

Monthly payment plan (3 installments) — managed in-house with a service fee
Orders are only confirmed once one of these payment options is completed.
7. Payment Methods
We accept payments via:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, UPI) – made online on our website or through a secure link provided by our team.

Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS) – accepted for upfront payments and balance settlements.

Cash – accepted only for upfront or balance payments, either during the measurement visit or at the GlowingDwells office.
8. Delivery & Installation

We aim to complete installation within 5–7 working days from the date of payment and order confirmation, subject to availability.

Timelines may vary depending on production, scheduling, or unforeseen circumstances.

In case of any issues during installation, customers will be informed of next steps and timelines.

Any issues with products/services must be reported in writing within 7 days of installation for resolution (discounts, replacements, or other solutions).
9. Outstanding Balances & Legal Enforcement

The remaining 50% payment is due immediately after successful installation (unless on a monthly plan).

If payment is not received, GlowingDwells reserves the right to engage collection agencies or pursue legal action. Associated costs will be borne by the customer.

In case of failed payments:
-
Day 3 after due date: Penalty of ₹1,000 will be charged.

From Day 4 onward: Additional ₹100 per day until settlement.
-

Failure to settle dues within 14 days may lead to legal proceedings under Indian law, with the customer liable for all costs.
10. Warranty & Quality

Fabrics and rails: 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
-
Motors and motorized accessories: 5-year warranty.
-
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper cleaning, or natural wear and tear.

Warranty applies only to items mentioned in the quotation. Any new requirements will require a fresh quotation.
11. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, production begins and refunds are not available unless the product is defective or incorrectly manufactured.

Once installation is complete, no refunds will be issued if products match the agreed specifications.
12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
-
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product/service in question.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
